Meghan's Hamster Hammie

Here is Meghan with her new hamster "Hammie Peanut Butter Mulvey." She went with Keith today and picked him out at the store. She is so super happy. Hammie likes to be held, which is a positive considering she doesnt put him down. He seems to tolerate loud noises well, which is a plus considering Riley and his loud voice. She will be on cloud 9 for the rest of the day!

Christmas Morning

As you can see, Riley is not a morning person. We had to wake him at 8:30am to get started opening presents. Keith had already made a quick Dunkins run and Meghan had emptied her stocking. We finally woke Riley up and he ran to the couch and snuggled down. It only took a quick second and he realized all the presents he had, and he was up.

Santa brought dad and Riley dueling laser helicopters. Needless to say, the boys were busy trying to shoot each others down. Riley had the first hit!

Jenni's Christmas Party, Sat. Dec 22nd

Riley's Christmas Songs at School

YEAH, there was school today. I dropped Meghan off at school at 8:40am. I had to help her bring in all of her presents and party food and then I was off on my errands. When I got back home Keith and Riley were up. Riley went outside and helped shovel and I did some inside things. I was all excited to get Riley to school at 11:45 as I had more shopping to do....when I found out he had a show at 1:45pm. We had missed the announcement because we were in Florida! There goes the plans. This last two days have been a killer. I counted on the 2 days to bang out all the rest of my shopping and wrapping and that has fallen thru! Tomorrow is a wash with 2 soccer games and my sisters Christmas party........UGH! Anyways, here are some pictures of Rileys school show. It was really cute.

We are home!

So, we are back home from our week in Disney. We missed two snowstorms while we were gone and came home to another storm. No school for the kids today, which is a bummer considering I had shopping to do and projects to get done before Christmas. We are getting our tree today and putting it up. Keith is going to finish painting the kitchen......and then I have to wrap! I have posted some pictures from our week in Disney. We visited MGM, Magic Kingdom, Universal, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot. We were non stop the entire trip getting to the parks when they opened and staying until closing (most days). Next time we go we need to add another day in the middle for a pool day. Our legs are killing! Kids behaved so well and had such a great time. Their favorite parks were Magic Kingdom and Universal. December was a great time to go as there were no waits for the majority of the rides. I have posted all the pictures below (well most of them). I made an entire 2 hour dvd of the trip so the kids can enjoy it..........I video'd more than pictures, but I still have plenty posted.

This is the Tower of Terror. This ride was crazy. We rode it twice back to back. You are in an elevator that drops straight down and then goes back up and down. This was a fav.

Epcot

The kids really liked this one. It was an interactive, create your own robot race. The kids got to design their robots and their powers and then race them. When they were finished, they got to make their own robots to take home. It was pretty cool. We did this one 3 times.......it was their fav thing at Epcot.

We stayed at the parks until almost close every night. 9 hours in the parks every day and we need another vacation.
